Have been using this for years. Has moments here and there, but otherwise generally reliable. Is lacking 'Dark Mode'. My phone, along with many of my colleagues' phones, are all set to dark mode, but the app doesn't cater for that. That is something that needs to be added for a better UE.

Not user friendly. The app doesn't allow you to auto-fill the username and password on android. You have to put in the password every time, and if you have multiple accounts you then have to type in the username also (if you can remember it!)
