2023-10-23	Sh*****	Why don't they (you) have a mobile app? The access is so old school you would think as part of a large industry of computing networks you would actully have a modern app. I am charged $3 every time I pay my bill what do you do with that money. When I set up an auto pay/schedule it it never works and my bill is not paid next thing I know is I owe $500.
