SEBUSE PRO WARRIOR

SEBUSE PRO WARRIOR is the official companion app to the 12-week wellness program for PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Sulawesi Regional employees.
This app is ONLY for registered program participants — not for the general public,
and new account registration requires program admin approval.

What you can do:

• Monitor your progress on the Homepage — daily streak, this week's points progress,
and today's target all in one screen, updated automatically as soon as you submit an activity or meal.

• Easily log your workouts — select sessions from Health Connect/Apple Health or log them manually, then add photos (and videos for weight training) as proof. Points are calculated automatically after verification.

• Upload healthy meals twice a day — AI checks your food photos for nutritional compliance and provides brief feedback (informational, not a substitute for expert nutrition advice).

• Complete a short health questionnaire at the start of the program to help monitor your health.

• Accumulate points until you become a Finisher — a complete history of each submission and point revision (if any) is transparently recorded.

• Take part in weekly challenges for additional bonus points and read educational health articles.

The program track (Weight Management or Fitness Management) is determined automatically based on your body data during registration — simply focus on consistently completing the program.
