it's essentially an automatic interview scheduler. there's no information on any applicants other than their name and contact info. There's no way to know if the applicant is even remotely qualified or if the automatically set interview is worth conducting. the lack of time and information required to apply and set these interviews has led to a constant string of no-shows, which has cost more than any perceived benefit to utilizing this app. to date, not one scheduled interview has shown up.

Something is wrong. The App will not install. Why should a simply process of setting an interview for a job be made complicated? Once upon a time. you submitted an application, and if your qualifications matched, you got an interview. That was when people were involved.
