Setup instructions:

Go to your phone Settings and find About Phone.

Tap the Build Number seven times to unlock Developer Options.

Head back to Settings and open Developer Options.

Find the "Select mock location app" setting and pick Fake GPS - Inertia Joystick (com.sdmv.fakegps)

Open the app, pick a spot on the map, and start the joystick.
