The following are various obstacles faced by MSME actors in Indonesia.

• Difficulty finding new potential customers. MSME actors are confused about who else to target for their products and or services to offer.

• Not having a sufficient number of Resellers. Many of them do not understand Big Data and only rely on their contact list to promote their products. Big Data becomes a very vital and decisive part in the success of marketing a product so that sales occur.

With the various features in HABS, it is hoped that the enthusiasm of MSME players will grow and become more optimistic about being successful in the digital era.

• Confident that their products will sell well. By having quite a lot of Target Prospective Consumers spread throughout Indonesia and Malaysia, they are very confident that their products will sell well and increase their production capacity.
