Monuments of the Chisel

A convenient step-by-step wizard guides you through every stage of adding a record: instance identity, geometry, metallurgy, and condition, so no important detail gets lost. Each card holds a registration code, the maker, the calibration temperature range, and the type of stone the tool worked with.

There's convenient search and filtering by stone type, as well as a comparison section that lets you view two specimens side by side. Especially worth noting is the visual archive-reading tool with an interactive stress map, which turns dry data into a vivid, atmospheric representation.

The statistics section gathers the overall picture of the collection: distribution by stone type, tool class, and the structural condition of the specimens. It's one more preserved trace in the history of stoneworking.
