2024-12-26	Ar*****	The bus service is useless. I had booked 2 tickets for Jhansi and for return home but both the buses got cancelled. I had a railway exam that day and when I came to know about it, the bus got cancelled. When I called customer care no sms came, if I had delayed even a little longer I would have missed my exam, there were only 5 minutes left for the gate to close when I reached Jhansi
