Love CB1 Medical so not criticism of back room staff but this 'App' is a bit of a dog, as of Dec 24. The taxonomy is not very good. Doesn't rembr sign in. Simple customer issues are not 'auto-managed' and ordering - unless you're reordering the exact same prescription - is..... something I haven't worked out yet.

Brilliant clinic with super awesome staff. And only £50 a year is a huge bonus comparing prices with other clinics. Been a patient since early October and everything has been so easy to manage and the app has improved a lot since launch. Super easy to place a prescription request and only a phone call away if I have any questions.
