Undercover Imposter is a social deduction party game inspired by classic "Undercover" and "Mr. White" style games. Everyone gets a secret word — except the imposters get a similar (but different) one, and Mr. White gets no word at all. Can you spot who doesn't belong before they blend in and win?

HOW TO PLAY
• Enter everyone's names — works for 3 to 20+ players.
• Pass the phone so each player can privately check their secret role and word.
• Take turns describing your word out loud — without saying it directly.
• Listen closely. Someone's description won't quite match.
• Vote to eliminate the player you suspect is lying.
• Citizens win by catching every imposter. Imposters win by blending in and surviving.

THE ROLES
• CITIZENS — get the real word and know exactly what to describe.
• UNDERCOVER — get a very similar word and must bluff convincingly.
• MR. WHITE — gets no word at all and must fake it completely, listening for clues to guess the real word.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR GAME
• Choose how many Undercover players and Mr. White players are in play.
• Pick a difficulty level:
- Easy — simple, everyday word pairs
- Medium — balanced, familiar pairs
- Hard — nearly identical words for expert-level bluffing
• A smart word system avoids repeating pairs until the whole pool has been used, so games stay fresh every time.
