The app is having a black screen for more than a month. The admin 'blue ticked' after reading the message with no response, contacted via WhatsApp. How to resolve this issue?

been trying to open the app for days now and all I have is a black loading screen. I checked maybe it just needs update but there are none. tsk.

App cannot open, clicked on it just shows a dark screen. When it was working previously, realized the the quality of the photos being uploaded is blurry. Still have plenty fo catch up on.
