I was very excited after using the app for 3 straight days to scout for my upcoming deer hunt. I waited 13 years for this hunt & on day 4 of scouting, the app crashed. I reached out to support when I got back into cell coverage area Tuesday & heard back Friday morning. Update: Upon uninstall & reinstall I still have some pins but, not all. I also lost the tracks from all 3 days the app was working... Better than a total loss but, would be better had I not lost anything with the issue. 🤷‍♀️
