I ordered food and never received my order, and when I contacted about it they are just ignoring whsf I say and telling me the restraunt delivered my food and that they had photo evidence of it on my doorstep but haven't been shown the evidence and just keep getting replied the same replies in circles with no solution to them stealing my money essentially. Don't recommend terrible app

I would say though there should be rewards and deals like Just Eat and uber eats does I order from scoffable than any other delivery service because it's a faster and easier way for me. But scoffable doesn't give you rewards or deals which they should, they'd have lots of customers coming in

The big player (j**t e@7) is full of shocking little companies running out of franchises in Livingston, places I wouldn't eat to begin with. Only improvement would be the live order updates.

2021-08-30	Gr*****	Good app in general but the "special instructions" bit is SO GOD DAMN HARD TO FIND, I end up forgetting about it every time because it's the tiniest little greyed out bit and honestly why can't it be a big obvious text box like it is ON EVERY OTHER APP ON EARTH
