2025-01-10	Ch*****	Did work well when I first started using the app in the last week or 2 big problems . Can't get the main screen just a white one so can't order new deliveries or add where I last injected my medication or set up well being ect.

2025-01-09	Le*****	Used to work fine but after the most recent update, the app interface just goes a blank white, does this everytime I log in now. It was perfectly fine before, what's with the constant updates that just mess things up?? Also this isn't during the maintenance hours, which is tomorrow.

2025-01-06	Ge*****	Only good for ordering and knowing what day delivery will be . Tracking does not work shows delivery van at their base when the driver is knocking on my door other features are of no use to me . Text messages like your the next delivery 50 mins before they arrive is pointless...so your sat looking out for them that amount of time. Getting silly now 4 messages in 3 days telling me to login to account which I do but there's nothing to do on account all good. Sent email and made phone call 🙈🙉🙊

2025-01-04	Da*****	App is generally OK. Except for delivery tracking, that (map) does not work at all. The delivery driver looks like he's still in a different city, but then im getting a phone call. Also, the app is relentless in "recommending" you additional options to set up, i.e... setting up medication reminders. Every. single. time you log on. Take the hint! I don't wanna do that

My issue is after setting up fingerprint login, I use it to enter the app and am immediately moved to a website to input further details to login every time. What was the point of setting up biometric login at the prompt of the app when all it has done is added it as an extra step instead of making the process more convenient?

2024-12-21	Mi*****	'Oops' error message has resolved. Now able to use the app to arrange next delivery. This is the most useful part of the app for me.

2024-12-17	go*****	I have had the misfortune to have meds delivered by Alcura; it drained me of all energy just trying to organise and constantly chase up essential meds deliveries. In contrast Sciensus are a delight, they make it so easy to order meds and other essentials through the app, they have great customer service if you have any problems or questions, and they are proactive in supporting patients. If you have a choice choose Sciensus
