Seagrass ID

The Seagrass ID application helps to disseminate the existence of seagrasses in the Caribbean Sea due to many people do not yet know their existence, confusing them with seaweed.

In this application you can make a correct identification using a simple questionnaire. At the end of this process, detailed information about the seagrass that is being observed will be displayed, such as its geographical location and its breeding season. Also, a general look is given at the fauna that cohabits with this type of plants, since it is very important to conserve the ecosystem.

This project is a great first step in disseminating the existence and identification of these living beings in different regions of the world. It should be noted that it is for all audiences.
