Will disconnect frome device even though Bluetooth is on, and is sitting next to me or phone is in my pocket, have had to Uninstall and reinstall multiple times per customer service (nearly 3 times a day). Phone settings say that app has a bug and crashes constantly, and is draining my battery and is harmful to my cell device.
