App is slow descriptions and info dont display, but it does the job of order placement and payment admirably. And Schwabe products are very effective so one can overlook the issues and buy their products with confidence. Packing and delivery of products is exceptional.

Hopeless customer support. Coffee break 10 AM to 5 PM.The ordered medicines are not delivered on time despite being sent through blue dart. The service of aligned courier is also pathetic. No option to contact them except toll free number which is inaccessible. Standard remark on their portal- wrong pincode may affect delivery.
