SchoolOS puts your child's school in your pocket: a QR gate pass for pickup and clearance, plus fees, attendance, homework, events and announcements — all in one app.

YOUR CHILDREN, AT A GLANCE
The home screen shows each of your children with today's status, upcoming events and the latest school news. Tap a child to see everything in one place: attendance history, fee status, clearance, guardians and pickup.

PICKUP
When collecting your child, show your QR code to the security guard at the gate. The guard scans it and instantly sees your child's name, your photo, and whether you're authorised to collect them. No card required.

FEE CLEARANCE
The same QR code handles drop-off clearance. The guard scans your code at the morning gate to confirm your child's fee clearance status for the current term — cleared or not. No clearance card to carry, lose, or forget.

FEES & SERVICES
Request school services, see exactly what you owe, upload proof of payment (photo or PDF), and track your balance and payment history as the school confirms.

ATTENDANCE
See your child's class attendance, marked daily by their teacher. You'll be notified if your child is marked absent.

HOMEWORK
See homework set for your child's class, with due dates.

CALENDAR & EVENTS
Browse upcoming school events — open any event for full details, location, and photos.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
School announcements and emergency alerts arrive as notifications and live in a dedicated feed with an unread badge.

GUARDIAN MANAGEMENT
Add trusted family members or friends as standing guardians for your children. Each guardian requires a photo (used for visual confirmation at the gate) and is reviewed by your school admin before going active. Authorisations are per-child — you decide exactly who can collect each of your children.

For one-off situations, create a time-limited pass for someone not on your standing list. Set it to expire in a few hours or by end of day.

CO-PARENT ACCESS
Invite a co-parent from the app to share access to your children's profiles and QR codes.

NOTIFICATIONS
Know the moment something happens: when your child is picked up or dropped off at the gate, if your child is marked absent, when the school posts an announcement or emergency alert, when homework is set, when an event is coming up, and when your payments and service requests are confirmed. Choose exactly which notifications you receive in settings.

SECURITY
QR codes rotate every 10 minutes and are cryptographically signed — screenshots cannot be replayed. Sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email — no password needed — and unlock with fingerprint biometrics.

SchoolOS is adopted school-wide. If your school uses SchoolOS, your admin will send you an invitation to set up your account.
