2023-09-21	Du*****	This app is terrible on Android. My wife has an iPhone and it works completely fine. Crashes all the time, slow and leggy when I'm trying to message my child's teacher and when pictures are uploaded they don't load when you click on them. Like I said works completely fine on iPhone which tells me they don't put as much work into android. Disappointed since this is how I can interact with my children's teachers and see what they've been learning.

2023-09-15	La*****	The app and my phone have all current updates installed, it still force quits randomly and often, it never loads the images my kids' teachers post, and overall the user experience is just slow and irritating. I love the idea but the execution behind this software is mediocre at best.

2023-08-22	Ka*****	Constantly crashes on Android after about 10 seconds. This is the only way to get in touch with my child's teacher and learn anything about what is happening in the class and it is inaccessible. I hear from other parents this is a yearslong problem. Please! Fix it! Escalate this issue! Parents have enough challenges managing school and work and family and community. We don't need an annoying obstruction to communication to add to our list.

2023-04-30	Jo*****	It was fine until a few months ago. After scrolling for a few seconds the app starts to lag and flash. If I'm sending a message, I can type out one sentence and the app starts to flash and closes. Notifications dont go away even after clicking on them. It's just very frustrating to use.

2023-04-11	Ra*****	The app keeps freezing and sometimes locks out my whole phone. I don't always get a notification when a parent messages me. The app also doesn't always update that I have looked at a message. It will continue to show a number next to the icon even after I have viewed it

2023-03-06	Je*****	This app was working perfectly fine up until 2 weeks ago. Now I can not login. I keep getting no internet connection. I unistalled and reinstalled, and it still won't work. I went to forgot password, and it says no contact information with that email. That is the only email I use. Please fix this app so I can communicate with my kids' teachers!

2023-02-28	Ma*****	Snap! Connect is not working at all right now. Got a notification from the school, clicked on it to read it, and there's nothing to display (at all) on the app. I cannot see any info on home screen, messages, nothing. Tried logging out, then it wouldn't let me log back in. I got a message saying there was no internet connection even though there was. I even tried "forgot my password", but that didn't work because I got a message saying my info wasn't on file. 😡

2023-02-26	Br*****	Stopped working, then it says wrong username or password, and a pop up appears saying no internet connection, check your network when I try logging back in, even after reinstalling. I can log in through my browser with no issues. Very disappointing. It makes it very difficult as the school uses this as a primary form of communication.

2023-02-25	Ev*****	Very glichy and slow. I do not receive notifications at all. Once I enter the app, I start to receive all the notifications. Need to be updated soon and have all of this fixed. There are also times I click on something from the main page and the closes.
