However, over a year ago, I started having problems "catching" the intercom calls, which always treated my mobile number as "missed", and then went on to ring at my house's fixed line phone. Stephanie of Schonell Support Team suggested that I use a function in my phone to force the app to use mobile data. It does not affect other apps using wifi. This trick worked well. Now, I am happy with the outcome. 5 stars to Stephanie.

2023-11-10	Ja*****	Why does the app randomly pop up on my phone even when there's no incoming call? Other apps like WhatsApp doesn't need permission to display over other apps, but this can't function without it. The app is almost useless.

First, the call panel display is dim under sunlight, and the keypad interface is unforgiving (the first keypress "wakes" the panel but is not registered, leading to wrong entry; OTP unintuitive). Second, video feed is laggy (1 second): thus, many residents open the gate blindly when receive call. Third, the app needs proper setup to allow notifications and prevent sleep. Look at the previous 1* reviews. The 5* reviews are suspicious: check "View edit history".

2022-06-23	Al*****	Very poor experience. I stay at Modena condo in Simei. The app does not work when someone rings the lift and 90% of the time I need to go down and bring them up as the app does not notify me. Please contact me and fix this. This problem has been going on for more than a year.
