2021-02-11	Ja*****	Terrible experience trying to Calibrate VAV controllers. Software forces you to go through unnecessary steps in order to calibrate airflow. If the airflow cannot be met, it makes you restart the entire process. Just let us force to a certain airflow, manually enter the correct K factor and move on. Bluetooth adapter randomly loses signal or error pops up while in app. They clearly don't get feedback from any balancers because this takes way too long to do anything and it's a complete pain in the butt. One of the worst programs I've ever dealt with and you would think with all this new technology it would be EASIER!!!
