Locked up phone first go around, updating now so far running ok

Do not install it's a bug or malware because I uninstalled it but now it plays as my system app!! When I disable it my phone will NOT WORK!!!!!!! NOW I HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER PHONE!! No stars for me!!!
