Decider helps groups make decisions quickly and fairly.

It provides a structured process to gather opinions and calculate the most preferred choice, both offline and online.

Core Features:
• Offline & Online Modes: Use it with friends in the same room by passing one device around, or create a private online room for remote users to join and vote simultaneously from their own devices.
• Anonymous Rating System: Each participant privately rates their interest in each option (from 1 to 10) and can mark any they are completely against. Since all votes are anonymous, honest feedback is encouraged.
• Calculated Results: The app aggregates all votes and presents a simple, ranked list of the options from most to least preferred. It also automatically filters out choices that a customizable percentage of the group has marked as not interested.
• Online Room Controls: The host of an online room can set a specific time limit for the voting round.

How to Use:
1. Add Items: Create a list of things to decide on.
