2024-11-12	Ro*****	Cant purchase. When I select collect from store, I don't get and stores to select from. And the products are collection only. I've tried to pickup products physically only to be told they aren't available. Downgraded to 1 star. Products on Google are not available on the app.

2024-08-31	Ja*****	App does not work in store...detection by bluetooth, come on people, this is very old tech. And if the store is not detected, the app becomes completely paralized, unacceptable. Please fix this, this is bad for such a big company.

2023-12-17	CK*****	Useless app, only worked once when testing, TWICE when the queues are long, started checking out from inside store, joined queue, app keeps failing, over and over, with many banking app approvals but payment just won't work, and TWICE, payment starts working when I'm at tills already, I have been told that it's FNB. But there wasn't an issue when I tested, also, what's the point of an app that only works when it's not needed?

Once one has scanned the barcode at the checkout counter, there is no confirmation of completion of order and as a result the security staff's brains all short circuit. It's such a problem that I avoid using this app, not worth the to-and-fro between security and management who all battle to understand the concept of how the app works. Please add a confirmation screen, it's so simple to solve.
