ScanNilai is an application for teachers and exam administrators that facilitates the process of creating questions, printing exam sheets, and automatically correcting answer sheets using a smartphone camera. With ScanNilai, the entire exam process can be managed in one application, from question preparation to processing student scores.

Simply point the camera at the student's answer sheet, and ScanNilai will detect the answer sheet, read the selected options, and calculate the score automatically in seconds without the need for a special scanner. The scanning process can be performed automatically when the answer sheet is properly detected or manually according to user requirements.

ScanNilai supports exam management by storing exam data along with answer keys and can handle up to 60 multiple-choice questions (A–E) in a single exam. Once the correction process is complete, the application will display the number of correct answers, the percentage of the score, and the result category in real-time. The results are also equipped with visual markers to facilitate the verification process of student answers.

This application can automatically read the Student Identification Number (NIS) from answer sheets using the ScanNilai OMR format. Additionally, there is a Question Bank feature that allows users to store and manage collections of questions by subject, class, and material. Questions can be added manually or imported from other sources. ScanNilai also provides a Public Question Bank containing a collection of multiple-choice questions that can be used as a reference and saved to a personal question bank.

To facilitate exam administration, ScanNilai offers question creation and printing features. Users can create question sheets from the available question bank and then export them to a printable PDF format. All exam data and the question bank are stored locally on the device, allowing them to be used without an internet connection.

ScanNilai is suitable for elementary, middle, high, and vocational high school teachers, tutoring institutions, and exam and tryout organizers. This app requires an Android device running Android 7.0 (API 24) or later, a functioning rear camera, and a ScanNilai OMR answer sheet.
