User Reviews

Ferret Night Camera app is appreciated for enhancing visibility in dark conditions without ads and at a low upgrade cost. Users find it better than the standard camera for night viewing. However, the app suffers from major issues including incompatibility with newer Android versions causing blank white screens, mandatory payment to save images, persistent upgrade prompts even after purchase, limited features, and poor developer support. These recurring problems lead to user dissatisfaction despite its promising night vision capabilities.

Pros

Helps to see in low light or dark environments effectively.
No ads present in the app.
Simple interface with options like turning on the flashlight.
Affordable upgrade price for pro version.
Can improve viewing capability compared to the normal camera app.

Cons

Does not work properly on many newer Android versions including Android 13, leading to a white or blank screen.
Requires payment to save photos, with low-quality photos only available in free mode.
Paid upgrade prompts appear even after purchasing, causing frustration.
Limited functionality and lack of advanced features like adjustable settings or HDR.
Poor developer support and no response to user complaints.
