SAYAROT is a preparation app for the formations of the IDF's elite patrol and patrol units. The program is customized to the unit you are referring to, your current fitness level, and the time remaining until formation.

Five meals a day with Israeli foods. Carbohydrate load varies by training stage.

Numbers, graphs, repeated fitness tests that update the program according to your improvement.

🏅 Achievements and ranking
42 achievements, 5 military ranks. Anonymous leaderboard that pushes you forward.

Sayeret Matkal, Shayetet 13, Shaldag, Unit 669, Commando Brigade (Magalen, Duvdevan, Egoz), Yahalam, Flight Formation. There is also a general plan for those who have not yet chosen.
