"The staff often shows emotional reactions to the defense they receive. They think of it as an attack on their personality and personality rights. Losing their ability to act rationally, they react emotionally. The supervisor also recognizes the right of defense on paper. No one tells the staff how to defend himself. the right of defense cannot be used properly, and you may receive a punishment that you will never receive."
