Savanna City Safety App

Savanna City Safety App is a controlled-access community safety app for authorized residents, Household Admins, Pocket Admins, and approved safety partners within Savanna City.

The app helps registered users quickly send and receive:

• Security Emergency alerts
• Street Robbery alerts
• Medical Emergency alerts
• Suspicious Activity reports

During supported emergencies, the app may use location and household information to help authorized recipients understand where assistance may be needed. Alerts may be routed to relevant residents, administrators, security providers, or ambulance providers according to the selected alert type and the community response process.

• Foreground and lock-screen emergency notifications
• Responding and Ignore actions for authorized recipients
• Household and pocket-based alert routing
• Medical emergency routing options
• Suspicious Activity reporting
• Controlled login using a registered phone number and PIN
• Role-based access for residents and authorized administrators

Savanna City Safety App does not provide public self-registration. Accounts are created by authorized Savanna City administrators. Residents who need access should contact their Household Admin or Pocket Admin.

Savanna City Safety App supports community emergency coordination. It does not replace the police, ambulance services, fire services, or other official emergency services. Availability and response times may vary. Users should contact official emergency services directly whenever necessary
