FOR TRUST OFFICIALS Medical team members can review applications, add clinical suggestions with urgency levels, and forward cases to the secretary. Secretaries can review medical team recommendations, add their own assessment, and forward to the founder for final approval. The founder approves or rejects applications with detailed notes.
