Tried to order pizza by calling Sarpino. After entering my postal code, the reply I got was this is a new postal code and the system does not recognise the postal code (I have been staying in the same estate for more than 15 years). It was recommended that i use the app to order. After downloading the app, i tried to checkout. It keep telling me i have input the wrong OTP (I repeated the process 3 times). If i cannot order by calling or by the app, the only way is to visit the shop & take away?

The App does not let me enter my real address. I'm instead forced into some random address in the same block. In the end, my delivery went to the wrong address. Horrible!
