Saraf Manager — отчёты и склад

Saraf Manager is an app for store owners and managers using Saraf POS. Revenue, profit, inventory, and warehouse operations are all on your phone, wherever you are. No need to link to a cash register: everything works online with your Saraf POS data.

WHAT IS IT FOR?
• Owner – sees the entire network: sales, cash registers, and warehouses for each store.
• Administrator – manages the back office from a smartphone.
• Store manager – works exclusively with their own store: assign a store to the administrator in the back office, and the server will automatically restrict their access.
• The app doesn't show anything to cashiers – Saraf POS is for the cash register.

REPORTS AND ANALYTICS
• Revenue, number of receipts, and average receipt – today, for the past 7 or 30 days.
• Profit, margin, and P&L: cost price, discounts, returns, write-offs.
• Revenue chart by day and top-selling products.
• Payment methods: cash, card, Click, Payme, debt.
• Store comparison and cashier reports.
• ABC analysis of product range: which products make the cash register tick.
• Cash flow: sales, deposits, withdrawals – with notes.
• Shifts with Z-reports: expected and actual cash, discrepancies, auto-closes.
• Receipts for all stores in real time – with items, discounts, and payment methods.

WAREHOUSE
• Inventory balances for any store: search by name, barcode, or article number.
• Low-stock items – directly on the main screen.
• Product receipts: purchase prices, new selling prices, and suppliers.
• Write-offs with reasons (defective, expired, theft, etc.) and transfers between stores.
• Draft → one-touch posting; inventory balances and cost are automatically recalculated.
• Balances and turnover for the period — inventory quantity and value.

TEAM AND ACCESS
• Employees: roles, cash register PINs, store linking.
• Email access: Enter an employee's email address, and they will log in to Saraf Manager using their my.saraf.uz account. No shared passwords.
• Permissions are valid on the server: the store manager will not see other people's data in the app or in the web back office.
• Login is protected by password, SMS/Telegram confirmation, and biometrics (fingerprint or face recognition).

LICENSE
Saraf Manager is free for Saraf POS customers and works with an active subscription (Start, Business, Enterprise). License status, occupied cash registers, and stores are visible in the app; renewal is a couple of taps.
