ShopBill - Manage bills online

Shop Bill is a cost-effective billing mobile app to prepare customer bill, manage shop products inventory and save them on the online cloud in a very safe manner. ShopBill app uses a mobile camera to scan barcode of the product and send billing digitally to customers hence eliminates the need for a hardware scanner and billing printer.

Shop Bill requires no computer, barcode scanner, and bill printer to be installed at the shop as it works entirely on mobile devices. Shop Bill app uses the mobile camera as a barcode scanner and sends the bill to the customer's mobile.

### 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 ###
Shop Bill allows the shop to add products and their details like pricing, discount, available quantity, etc into the system. Shopkeepers can also delete, update and upload photos of the products. All the inventory products are stored online making it safer from any data loss.

### 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 ###
Shop Bill has 2 types of roles ShopOwner and Admin. ShopOwner is the person who owns the shop and registers the shop on the Shop Bill system. When a shop has more than one person to manage the shop, then ShopOwner assigns an Admin role to them. ShopOwner own has full access to the app whereas Admin has limited access.

### 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 ###
Since the Shop Bill app is an entirely online system, a ShopOwner can access bills and other details from anywhere on his mobile device. He can also keep track of the bills and inventory in his absence.

In today's digital time, when everything is going digital, the Shop Bill too sends the bill to the customer digitally. The customer gets a link in the SMS, on which he clicks to see the bill.

Shop Bill app uses the mobile camera to scan the barcode which is the same as the barcode scanner machine. This eliminates the need of buying a barcode scanner.

While storing products into the inventory, shopkeepers scan the product's barcode using the mobile camera and store product details along with the barcode.

Shop Bill is SAAS based system where shop owner has to buy a subscription Monthly/Annually to use the system.

Shop Bill is free for 30 days after registering on the system.
