HEIC/HEIF input requires Android 9 or later and a compatible device decoder. HEIC output is offered on Android 9 or later, but a device can still reject it when a compatible encoder is unavailable. Unsupported HEIC files receive a clear error while the rest of the batch continues.

Useful for downloaded WebP images, incompatible photo attachments, website assets, and groups of pictures that need a standard format when another app or website cannot open the original image.

Conversion after Force stop, revoked file access, app data clearing, reboot without user resume, or insufficient device resources cannot be guaranteed.
