Coles Livestock Dec is for Livestock producers to create National Vendor Declarations. The Coles Livestock Dec app creates electronic declarations for submission to the MLA eNVD and NLIS database. The Coles Livestock Dec app prompts you to answer the National Vendor Declaration questions and saves them ready for submission. You will require an active myMLA account to log into the app to lodge your eNVD.
