SA Paediatric Resus is a weight-based paediatric resuscitation calculator built for South African emergency clinicians. Enter a child's weight or estimated age and every
value updates instantly — no internet connection required.

CPR Metronome
110 bpm pacing with an automatic 2-minute cycle timer and audible alert. Keeps compression rate consistent and flags when it is time to switch compressor or reassess
rhythm.

Resus Log
Real-time timestamped event log for CPR cycles, pulse checks, drugs administered, defibrillation, and ROSC. Export a PDF aide-memoire after the event for debrief or
documentation.

DESIGNED FOR THE RESUS ROOM

· Fully offline. All clinical data is embedded at compile time. No Wi-Fi or mobile data needed.
· Dark-optimised UI with high-contrast text and Atkinson Hyperlegible font for readability under pressure.
· Data integrity verified on every launch. The app will not run if clinical data has been tampered with.
· Report a data error from any screen. Corrections go to the development team directly.

All dosage, equipment sizing, and vitals data is sourced from APLS 5th Edition and the Resuscitation Council of Southern Africa (RCSA) 2023 guidelines.
