REGISTERING ON SANTHE MERCHANT APP
Once the app is downloaded, follow the below steps to complete the installation and registration.

1. Login with your phone number and OTP
2. Create a profile by entering your shop name, description, email, and address. Additionally, set up your delivery preferences by selecting whether you will offer “Home delivery” or not.
3. Enter your payment information. Your payment information is necessary in order to transfer funds to you when a customer purchases your products.

ADDING PRODUCTS TO PRODUCT CATALOG
After creating your shop profile , follow below steps to add products to your product catalog so that you can start selling to your customers online.

Begin adding items by tapping on the “+” symbol found on the catalog screen for products.

1. Select Category
2. Add Name and Description
3. Enter Quantity and Stock
4. Configure Product Prices : You have to enter both the MRP (Maximum Retail Price) and the offer price. Watch out for the share calculations shown on the screen.
5. Upload Product Images
6. Delivery Times, Returns and Cancels
7. Configure the Serviceability range as the distance from your store to which you offer home delivery or allow customers to pick up their orders.

DELIVER CUSTOMER ORDERS AND GET PAID
Once you have created a product catalog on the Santhe Merchant App, you are ready to sell your products to customers online via Santhe App. Your customers can place orders, and here is what happens when an order is placed.

1. A notification will let you know that a new order is placed by a customer. Make sure to keep your notifications enabled for the Santhe Merchant App on your phone.
2. Go to the order details to see the list of items and the details of the customer who placed the order. Start the delivery process and update in the app as and when you progress with the delivery
3. If you have delivered the order items to the customer or if the customer picked up the order items from your shop, then change the status to “Delivered” in the app. The money for the order will only be deposited into your account for orders that have been delivered. Therefore, it’s important to always update the delivery status once you have completed delivering the order.
