Probably one of the worst user experiences out there, plus there are regular connection issues leaving me without hot water for days on end!

Doesn't connect to server today, app won't connect, no hot water. If it's not on soon it's going on the bin! It's incredible you make a switch that if it loses communication with its server it drops dead. Why couldn't you at least make it so that it continues on its programmed schedule?
