Having connecting issues the last couple weeks. Phone dials and dials without connecting. New issue. I would love to be able to text.Most of my clients need that when their phones goes on restricted access.

was working fine on my old phone, no longer working on replacement. insurance replaced it with the same model and it won't let me log in no matter what me or my IT team tries. it's frustrating.
