UDP Monitor is a user-friendly Chrome extension designed for monitoring, sending, and receiving UDP packets between your device and a remote host. It features a chat-like interface where you can enter the remote IP and port to send messages and configure the receiving port for listening. With extensive configurability, UDP Monitor supports controlling packet buffer size, notifications, message display in Natural Language, HEX, or ASCII, and the ability to ignore specific IPs or program autoresponses.

This tool also allows auto-start on launch, clocked auto-send messages, and interaction with external applications via Broadcast Intents. Users can save and load multiple configuration profiles, making it ideal for network developers and users monitoring UDP communications. Note that a WiFi or mobile data connection is required for operation. UDP Monitor provides a handy, lightweight alternative for UDP communication monitoring but is not a replacement for full traffic analyzers like Wireshark.

Recent reviews

This app meets my expectations. I am able to send raw text as commands to my server which the server will then process the packets as the command based on what I typed in the message. For instance. "I can send the message turn on the TV," When's my server receives the packet containing that message It will execute a python script which will send awake on land packet to my TV. That's just example of what I can do with this. Five stars.
