Tip Calculator is the fast, friendly way to work out a gratuity, the bill total and everyone's fair share at a restaurant, café or bar. Enter the bill, choose a tip percentage and set how many people are splitting — the tip, the total and the per-person amount appear instantly. It works completely offline and nothing you enter ever leaves your phone.

HOW IT WORKS
A tip is simply a percentage of the bill. The app multiplies your bill by the tip rate, adds it on for the total, and divides by the number of people. For example, a $50 bill at 18% adds $9.00 in tip for a $59.00 total — split between two people, that's $29.50 each.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Type the bill amount and slide the tip percentage, or tap a quick preset (10%, 15%, 18%, 20%, 25%)
• Split the bill between any number of people with a simple stepper
• See the tip amount, the grand total and the per-person share at a glance
• Open the Split tab for a clear per-person breakdown, with the tip each person is paying
• Turn on "round up the total" to bump the bill to a clean whole amount, with the extra added to the tip
