HOW IT WORKS
The app grows this year's cost forward at your inflation rate to each year the student will attend, then adds those years together for the total future cost. It grows your current savings to the year college begins, and the remaining gap becomes the shortfall. The monthly figure is the level deposit that, earning your expected return and compounding each month, reaches that shortfall right when tuition is due.
