2026-08-06	So*****	리뷰 쓸 때마다 튕기는 버그가 최근 계속되고 있어요 리뷰를 작성하는 도중에 앱이 리뷰작성화면을 나가서 초기 홈화면으로 돌아가버립니다 가끔 이러는게 아니라 리뷰 3~4개 작성하면 꼭 한 번은 이래서 리뷰 작성에 스트레스를 받고 있어요 빠른 조취 부탁드려요

2026-07-16	fa*****	no way at all to access customer support without an account, which you cannot create as a foreigner. issues also happen so frequently. 3 of my last 4 orders have had issues that i could do absolutely nothing about, because again, no access to support. whether you got the wrong item, had your order delivered to some random other building, or not at all, tough luck 🤷‍♀️
