Used to be great but now can't even log in, says "something went wrong" please advise. I can't even "report to developers" because it says something went wrong.

App is seemingly abandoned... Support doesn't respond to emails. Can't login or sign up with the app on different devices. I always get a time out error. It was a great app when I used it in the past, but it doesn't seem to be receiving support any longer.
