خدمة العملاء اقل من التوقعات بكثير. طلبت من التطبيق ووصلتني رسالة تم الشحن قبل ٤ ايام ولم تصل الشحنة للشركة الشاحنة الا بعد التواصل مع (وتر) بالامس. وكل جهه ترمي الخطأ على الجهه الاخرى ! خدمة العملاء يقولون مستلمتها شركة الشحن وشركة الشحن تقول لا. حتى تواصلت مع (وتر) بعد ٤ ايام من الطلب وبعدها استلمتها شركة الشحن في نفس اليوم. المطلوب الصراحة والشفافية.
