"Holiday Reform" is a companion app for making your next holiday the best it can be.
The home screen condenses information into To Do Now/Next Holiday sections. Visualize small daily progress and gently boost your weekend satisfaction.

Condition Input (Stepper): Intuitively record from 0 to 100. Status changes with color, allowing you to intuitively and numerically grasp the fluctuations of your physical condition.

Sleep Regularity: Check your bedtime and wake-up rhythm with one tap. Mini-advice from the last seven days is also displayed.

Focus 7 Minutes/30 Minutes: Execute short, focused sessions with a timer. History is automatically saved, building a sense of accomplishment.

Plan: Organize specific plans for each holiday pattern. Edited plans in Plan are linked to the checklist in Home.

Stats: Get an overview of your progress with a line graph and calendar. Holidays are highlighted in red, allowing you to see the relationship between your daily routine and the days before and after at a glance.

Journal: Record your mood and learnings with one small note per day.

Settings: Fine-tune your holiday patterns, sleep goals, notifications, and more to suit your needs.
