Sahiya (ASHA) App is a digital initiative from the Department of Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare, Government of Jharkhand. Designed for ASHA workers (Sahiyas), the app streamlines routine field tasks and data collection by replacing manual paperwork with a user-friendly mobile interface. It supports online, offline, and Wi‑Fi modes to ensure uninterrupted use in low-connectivity areas, improving accuracy and timeliness of primary healthcare records.

The app strengthens primary healthcare delivery by centralizing patient and program data, reducing errors, and speeding up reporting. Its offline-first design, simple workflows, and focus on reliable data capture make it an effective tool for community health workers and public health administrators in Jharkhand.
