2024-12-02	Ma*****	Won't even let me create an account. I am a UK based company, registered to UK, email address is .Co.uk yet this app won't let me continue with my account because I am apparently registered in another country. This app has literally failed at the first hurdle. After reading some other reviews it looks as though I may have dodged a bullet here anyway.

2024-06-05	Cl*****	Haven't been able to gain access to my account on my PC or my Samsung S23 Ultra for 3 months, on top of that it doesn't recognize the codes from my authenticator app either. It was great until it wasn't, and Support Team isn't helpful, they keep telling me my account is canadian and they don't know how to fix my account, they don't know who I can talk to about fixing my account, they just pass me are like a bong, then get mad and hang because they have already told me they can't help

2024-04-15	Ma*****	I use Sage Accounting (as a bookkeeper) and love it. The app is a big miss. I'm a bookkeeper and a consultant. When I try to access MY account in the app - I just can't!! I can open all my clients books but not my own to complete invoices on the go. This is a delete for me. I'll wait until next year and try again. Hey developers! Accounting access also has their own parent account and it's not accessible in this app!!

2024-04-05	Pa*****	Fast & Simple IT IS NOT! I don't use it much as I dont find it that great! My main bug bare is the amount of time it takes to load / update the data when you start the app, it seems to takes several minutes rather than seconds! It lacks the ability to do the sort of tasks you'd complete whilst sat idle I.e. waiting rooms or train journeys, such tasks as matching and reconciling bank transactions. There's no way I'd bother to try and create a sales or purchase invoice, easier to fire up a laptop.

2024-02-01	Jo*****	Litterally doesnt work... lol. Your a technology company and ur software is garbage. When i login i get an error and crashes. Blows me away how a company so big still exists if they can't even get basic functionality to work. Switching to another software before more issues arrise with the online version. Old Bookkeepers using legacy desktop versions of sage are retiring and new younger bookkeepers are deciding which software to use. Its a pretty easy decision when your app doesnt load lol

2024-01-30	Co*****	I like this app use it regularly. Synced to account. Lost some services information but added when on laptop. Some improvements could be made but overall petty decent. Wondering if you could add somehow a calculator into the app version to add up things ready to invoice 🤔

2022-02-06	Ja*****	How to create account ..... you can do this from the log in page under forgot password..... no you can't I've installed the app doesn't show this option. Uninstalled app to re install in the hope it would work this time yet still nothing ... decided to uninstall and go with quickbooks !!!!

2022-01-04	Es*****	App doesn't work for me. I can't login, it tells me wrong email or password when it's not. I can login fine on the web. But I'm unable to view my payslip or open the pdf file. Therefore I wanted to try the app and am not even able to login.
