why are coupons and listing like fab5 all the way after the list you get the highlighted coupon but it remain unclipped to the item of choice and then my fave they don't come off at the end of total

I keep getting bad meat from the delivery. I just recently got bad meat again it was completely brown .and I forgot to add one of the meat products and I have no way to contact anyone about the issue . I would like for someone to reach out and make it right but I can't get in touch with anyone .
