The International Certificate of Competence App is an essential learning and revision aid for anyone taking the ICC test. Many European countries require skippers of visiting yachts to hold a Certificate of Competence. While most experienced skippers are able to handle their boats with confidence, there are rules and regulations that all skippers should know. For those unsure of what the test entails, this app provides the answers to questions such as:

What will I be asked about?
How much of the basics have I forgotten?
How many of the regulations have I never really known?

The International Certificate of Competence App aims to answer exactly these types of questions. The syllabus is explained in detail, and helpful revision notes and self-test questions at each stage ensure the information is being absorbed. With this app to hand, users will feel ready to take the ICC test with confidence.
